FROM THE ROAD.

Mad race between two Ferraris ends in 'acrobatic' accident, near tragedy

Two Ferraris worth a total of around 600,000 euro were the protagonists of an incredible accident in Osimo, Ancona (Italy).

The accident was fortunately without consequences for the two drivers, both tourists, a Belgian and a Dutchman, on holiday with friends in the Marche region.

The two expensive Ferraris took off 'The Dukes of Hazzard'-style at the end of a narrow curve at a speed of about 130 km/h. They then crashed into the fence of a small villa.

The spectacular accident of the two Ferraris in Ancona was captured by the video surveillance cameras of the house where the Ferraris crashed.

A 'Dukes of Hazzard'-style flight
The available images come from the surveillance cameras of the affected villa, which show the impact against the fence. First off the road is the red Ferrari 296, which appears to literally take off 'The Dukes of Hazzard'-style before ending up on private land, followed by the blue Ferrari F12, which immediately catches fire as soon as it crashes, ending up almost completely destroyed.
