A wing of a cemetery collapses due to bad weather, the coffins end up in a stream

About twenty coffins and 80 urns ended up in a stream following the collapse of a wing of the cemetery. It happened in S. Agata dei Goti, in the province of Benevento (Italy). According to the mayor of the Municipality, Salvatore Riccio, "that wing of the cemetery collapsed insisted on a dry stream that, with the heavy rains of the last hours, returned to fill with water and probably caused the subsidence".

"By the evening I will file a lawsuit against technicians and administrators of the municipality for collapse and arson disaster," said Alessandro della Ratta, lawyer for most of the families involved in the collapse of the wing of the cemetery in Sant'Agata de' Goti.

"The Administration - said the lawyer - was aware of the collapse: the injuries were evident".
